The plant itself, characterised by its beautiful yellow flowers, has been used traditional for hundreds of years by continental Europeans, and its usages are documented as far back as Hippocrates. Each film-coated Ucalm® tablet contains 300mg of extract from St. John’s Wort aerial parts (Hypericum perforatum L.), equivalent to 1500-2100mg of St. John’s Wort herb.
