This website offers a Click & Collect service for customers able to collect from our store in Lampeter, West Wales.
We do not offer a delivery service and are not affiliated with any other Click & Collect services (eg. collection from your local garage etc.)
NOTE: Any orders placed by customers outside our catchment area may be automatically cancelled.
WHEN TO ORDER
We can collate your order for NEXT DAY COLLECTION. Orders must be placed by 3pm.
We cannot guarantee the availability of all items for next day collections.
For optimal stock availability, place orders by TUESDAY 3pm for collection on FRIDAY.
We are also happy to take orders over the phone (01570 423 317)
HOW TO ORDER
Please Create an Account - Press "Sign-In" at the top of the page.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO ENTER YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN THE ADDRESSES SECTION.
• Search for items or browse through the catalogue.
• Add items to your shopping cart.
• Proceed to check out.
• Select "Cash on delivery" as the payment method.
• Confirm your order.
We will then contact you to arrange payment and resolve any issues with your order.
Payment may be made by card over the phone or in person when collecting your order.
IF YOU CAN'T FIND EVERYTHING YOU'RE LOOKING FOR . . .
While most items we stock are listed, some of your favourite lines may still be missing from our online catalogue. We are working on it.
Just phone us and we can add on to your order.
IF SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK
When we collate your order we will phone you about any changes or delays in availability.
If you are concerned about stock levels for an item please call to confirm before placing your order.
