Shipments and Returns

All orders are currently Click & Collect ONLY.

We will contact you once we have collated your order to arrange collection & payment.

If you wish, you are free to arrange your own courier service.

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail Second class with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by First Class, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns about your delivery.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Free Shipping

Orders over the value of £30 will be entitled to free postage. Free postage orders will be shipped via 2nd Class Royal Mail. 

Returns

All items undergo quality checks before dispatch, however there may be times when things go wrong and you wish to process a refund.

All returns will be covered when damaged in transit or otherwise defective. Evidence of damage must be provided and we may wish for the damaged item to be returned. Full refunds will be given for successful claims.

Products ordered in error may be returned for full refund, assuming the item is undamaged. Return postage costs will not be covered. Refunds will be granted once we receive the returned goods.

In the event of any errors with your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch as soon as possible. We will guide you through the returns & refunds process and may even be able to cancel an order before dispatch. 

We will do our best to make sure your order reaches you safely. Your consumer rights are not affected by our policies.
