Flaxseed Oil is a great vegetarian source of Omega 3 fats, and contains high levels of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.* Also provides Omega-6 Linoleic Acid and Omega-9 Oleic Acid. USAGE
