A new art exhibition is now adorning the walls of our cafe. This time it’s a combined exhibition from local artists Stuart Hampton & Joanna Bond.
Joanna’s work (which you may have seen in our cafe some years ago) comprises a varied collection of media from delicate ceramics to surrealist collage.
Stuart produces vivid, psychedelic mindscape paintings which can easily be confused for photo collages.
Together these artists have made a wonderfully vibrant and joyful exhibition which will be a pleasure to take in over the next month.
The majority of the work is available to buy and there are also smaller momentos (postcards, books etc.) for the cash-strapped art lover.
We will also be hosting a special open evening in which the artists welcome everyone to come & along on 20th October from 7 pm – 9 pm. The night promises live music & some refreshments.
