A new exhibition has been unveiled in the Mulberry Wholefoods Cafe gallery space, by a group of local and extremely talented print makers, Printers In The Sticks.
As ever it is great to see works from a collection of different artists, the contrast of their wide palette of styles, but the cohesion and standard of work is consistent, no doubt due to the skill sharing and collective vision that comes from an established collaborative group of artists.
‘Printers in the Sticks’ are a small group, based at the Edward Richard Centre, Ystrad Meurig, who enjoy experimenting with all kinds of printmaking – from linoprints to lithographs and anything in between.
The ‘Printers in the Sticks’ are : Jacky Pique, Cassie Gray, Claire Parsons, Mary McGlynn, Aerwen Griffiths, Joan Weston, Steena Duller, Mandy Cowey, Marian Nixon & Cynthia Westney.
The exhibition will be running from 13th June – 30th July 2016
All framed works are available to buy, and there is also a great collection of cards and prints on sale too.
