Natures Aid 5-HTP Complex 100mg 30 Tablets

Natures Aid 5-HTP Complex provides 100mg of L-5 Hydroxytryptophan per tablet. The complex also contains 100mg Avena Sativa alongside Niacin, Folic Acid, and vitamins B6, B12 and D3. Niacin and vitamin B12 support normal function of the nervous system. Normal psychological function is supported by Niacin, Folic Acid and vitamin B6. Vitamin B5 helps to support normal mental performance and the synthesis and metabolism of some neurotransmitters. Folic Acid, B6 and B12 also help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

USAGE

Take 1 tablet per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
