Credit Cards

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express and Eurocard. We use Paypal as our card payment provider. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Your Credit Card statement will show your payment has been made to the 'Mulberry Bush'
No financial information is stored on our site, nor is it stored on our servers or held physically in our offices.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.


Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Mulberry Bush Wholefoods reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.


Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Mulberry Bush Wholefoods. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.


Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12:00AM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Because we list such a vast amount of products there are times when a certain products are out of stock. We can normally source the product within 4 - 5 days but if there is a greater delay we will advise by email or phone the estimated time to expect the order.


Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalise your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to The Mulberry Bush Wholefoods site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Mulberry Bush Wholefoods site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Tax

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, the current VAT (sales tax) will be applied at the checkout stage. The price you see against a product is inclusive of VAT.


Returns / Refunds

If you are based within the EU: You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing the order or within seven days of receiving your order, whichever is the longer.

We will refund you immediately* and if you have received your order, we ask that you contact us, either by email or by phone, so that we can organise the return of the goods.

If you are outside the EU, we will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

You may return any item to us provided you:

(a) send the goods back to us with all original packing within fourteen days of delivery to you;

(b) follow our instructions as stated in our Returns Policy;

(c) accept that we are not responsible if the goods do not reach us for any reason.

(d) If you order an incorrect item and it has not been opened or the seal broken we will happily accept the return and refund your account.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

Orders with an incorrect shipping address will be cancelled and refunded. We will email you to inform you if this problem arises.

Uncollected orders that are returned to us will be either refunded less the cost of the postage if or, if the opportunity allows, we will contact you by email to offer the option of sending  the order again provided we receive the full shipping cost again.  This includes both International and UK parcels.

*Refunds may take several days to appear on your bank/card statement depending on your card issuer which is out of our control.

 

Shipping Policy and Costs

Our objective is to provide an efficient and secure delivery of your order. We use the Royal Mail delivery services, but may use an alternative carrier of our choice for larger orders.


UK delivery.

Orders are only dispatched on working days, normally Monday to Friday, though they may be processed at the weekend.

At our discretion, orders over GBP 75 will normally be sent by the Royal Mail's recorded delivery service and will require a signature. This service is free to you but we are not able to guarantee when you will receive the shipment. Normally it is 4 to 5 working days but this is only an estimate.

Orders over £200 in value will automatically be sent using either the DHL, Fedex or the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which is free to you.

Orders sent via the Royal Mail that cannot be delivered will be held at your local Royal Mail sorting office for 5 days before being returned. As we understand, currently, you can contact your local depot to arrange for a more convenient time for the package to be re-delivered. It is your responsibility and we do suggest you contact your local sorting office before contacting us if you have waited more than seven working days.

Please note: If your shipment has been lost in the post, The Royal Mail will only investigate 17 working days after it was dispatched from us as they only consider items to be officially lost after this length of time. After their investigations have been completed and the parcel has still not materialised they will refund our order value and shipping costs. We can then either reimburse you or resend the order if you so require.

Overseas Shipping.

At our discretion, orders over GBP 200 will be shipped either by Fed Ex or DHL. Both services will require a signature.

Costs

Shipping costs are as follows: (All prices are in sterling (GBP)

Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man: FREE shipping when you spend over GBP 25 and order online.
Orders under GBP 25 will be charged GBP 3.50.
International orders: Orders over GBP 50 = The shipping cost is 12% of the value of the order.
International orders under GBP 50 will be charged a fixed price of GBP 10.

We reserve the right to decline or reduce the quantity of your order if we consider the product(s) to be too fragile or heavy to send.

At our discretion, international orders will be sent by Fed Ex or DHL, otherwise orders will be sent by Royal Mail Global Value (Signature required).

When using the Royal Mail service we unable to guarantee a date and time for delivery.

Delivery Times: We cannot normally guarantee a time and date of delivery once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Most orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. However, for UK orders please allow 7 working days for delivery. Outside the UK, orders can take anywhere from between 7 and 21 working days.
We reserve the right to change these details without notice.

 

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
